ADREVA NETWORK INC. Terms of Service

This Promotion includes the Beta Testing Program (February 19–26, 2026) and the Leaderboard Competition (March 1–7, 2026). By participating in either component, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Sponsor: The Promotion is operated by Adreva Network, a business in formation (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with ETHDenver, Galxe, or any other third party.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and must have a valid ADREVA account. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Residents of Quebec, Italy, and any other restricted or prohibited jurisdiction are not eligible. Participants must not be subject to sanctions administered by the United States, Canada, or any other applicable authority.

Privacy: Adreva does not track individual browsing activity, build behavioral advertising profiles, or conduct targeted advertising. Ad filtering occurs locally on the user’s device. Advertisers receive only aggregated, non-identifiable metrics. Information collected is limited to email address (via authentication provider), internal user ID, and public wallet address if voluntarily provided. Private keys are never collected. Beta Testing Program (February 19–26, 2026): Participants may complete Galxe quests, mint NFTs, test platform features, submit feedback, report bugs, and earn bonus points toward the Leaderboard Competition. All leaderboard points reset on March 1, 2026. The Daily Quest includes a $250 USDC raffle pool, with a maximum of one entry per participant per day. Winners are selected randomly. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase is necessary to participate.

Leaderboard Competition (March 1–7, 2026): This is a skill-based contest. Rankings are determined solely by total accumulated points calculated using predefined, deterministic criteria. No element of chance affects leaderboard ranking. Participants may earn points through account creation, extension installation, engagement activity, streaks, achievements, and valid referrals. Use of bots, automation tools, duplicate accounts, artificial engagement, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification. The top 100 participants will receive NFTs and Discord roles. The top 15 participants will receive additional prizes including USDC, gift cards, and limited edition NFTs.

Rewards and NFTs: Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. NFTs awarded through this Promotion are digital collectibles and are not securities, financial instruments, or investment contracts. NFTs have no guaranteed monetary value or utility. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect wallet submissions. The total prize pool exceeds $500 USDC plus additional non-cash rewards.

Sanctions and Compliance: By participating, you represent and warrant that you are not listed on any sanctions list and that any wallet address you provide is not owned or controlled by a sanctioned individual or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to screen wallet addresses and withhold rewards where legally required.

Fair Play: Prohibited conduct includes the use of bots or automation, maintaining multiple accounts, referral manipulation, coordinated artificial engagement, or any attempt to unfairly influence rankings. Sponsor reserves the right to review activity, adjust point totals, or disqualify participants at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform disruptions, blockchain congestion, lost or delayed transactions, or misdirected entries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed $150 USD per participant.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment: By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms of Service, agree to the Privacy Policy, and acknowledge these Official Campaign Rules.
