ADREVA NETWORK INC. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the Adreva Network browser extension and related services (the “Service”).

Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the Adreva Network, including an email address, an internal user ID, and a public wallet address. We do not collect or store private keys. We also collect aggregated, anonymized advertising performance metrics that are not linked to individual users. Ad preferences and eligibility logic are stored locally on the user’s device and never leave it. We do not collect browsing or location data, ad preferences, or user-level engagement data. IP addresses are used transiently for network communication and are not stored or used for tracking or profiling.

How We Use Information
We use the limited information we process solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Adreva Platform; manage user accounts and rewards; ensure system reliability and security; and evaluate overall platform performance using aggregated metrics. Advertising eligibility is determined on the user’s device using cryptographic zero-knowledge proofs, which confirm only whether eligibility criteria are met and do not reveal information about the user, their preferences, or their identity. Adreva does not use personal information for profiling, behavioral targeting, or individual advertising optimization.

Data Sharing
Adreva does not sell personal information and does not share user-level data with advertisers. Advertisers receive only aggregated, non-identifiable performance metrics and never receive information about individual users, ad preferences, eligibility decisions, or devices. Adreva may share limited operational data with service providers acting on its behalf under confidentiality obligations, or with authorities where legally required. Personal information may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where Adreva or its service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards applied as required by law.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of personal information held by Adreva. In most cases, this will be limited to your email address, internal user ID, and public wallet address. Ad preferences are stored locally on your device and cannot be accessed, modified, or deleted by Adreva. Requests may be submitted to team@adrevanetwork.com, and we respond within timelines required by applicable law. Where applicable, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Adreva is intended for users aged 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Data Retention & Security
Personal information is retained only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations. Aggregated metrics are retained in non-identifiable form. We delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period after account closure unless retention is legally required. Adreva uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the limited information it processes.
